Good morning, afternoon, evening fellow reader,
The portfolio has grown another $320 from contributions and a couple dollars from the markets.
The reason for the big increase is I'm going to get the account to where I should be if I had invested $10 literally every day of the year starting from January 1st, which currently at the time of this writing would put my target at $1,450
And the dividends are starting to roll in!

Updated Portfolio holdings
Good morning, afternoon, evening fellow reader.
I said I was going to post a update of the newly added positions, and here they are:
100 companies that pay out dividends, setup in a way that will payout almost every business day of the year.
It will start very lightly sprinkling pennies with the next week or two, and from that point it will only grow into a bigger and bigger storm. Nah that sounds bad...
How about building a snowball, did you use to do that at school when you were a kid? Play out in the field and grow a snowball, made it about the size of you and your friends that were helping you push and it kept getting bigger and bigger?
That's the same concept here, and just so you readers are aware, there has been a slight change in the funding. This blog, and the Facebook group was originally called Investing $10 a day, but currently I am not investing $10 a day. Instead I am investing $30 on Monday, and $20 Tuesday through Friday.
Why?
On my projected portfolio value chart, it says that if I do this until November 21st, that I will be in line with actually investing $10 a day, for the whole entire year (including weekends, holidays).
So this will be the plan until November 21st, and then it will go back to $10 a day. Although by then I'm really hoping that the dividend income will be applying itself on a daily basis, we shall see.
Links below for the portfolio and a referral link that will give you an extra $10 for signing up:

The beginning....well $210 in (11 days)
Good morning, afternoon, evening fellow reader
As you probably know this is now like the 4-5 blog that I've started. And I'm very sorry about this. I haven't really found anything that stuck, well until now.
I came across a new brokerage platform called M1Finance, which is a commission free brokerage where you build "pies" determined by weight allocation, each pie can have a max of 100 stocks, and it will split up your investment amount fractionally among all the stocks that you select. The initial minimum deposit is $100, and then you can put in as little as $10 whenever you want. The only fees are when you sell any shares (SEC fees minimum of $0.02 per company sold).
Well as the name of this blog suggests, I have it scheduled to invest $10 every business day of the year. I started on April 30th.
Planning on doing end of the week updates of the progress of the portfolio, as of right now it's currently up over $5 in projected dividend income for the rest of the year.
If you want to know more about M1, or sign up, you can use the link below, it is a referral link, and we will both receive $10 when an initial investment of $100 is done and held in the account for at least 90 days.
